 Staging® Consultation
We spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours reviewing your home, taking photos and making notes. We then return to our office and prepare a comprehensive detailed plan for staging.
Home Staging® for Selling
We know how to best present your home to prospective buyers and maximize your equity. Using existing furnishings and accessories, we can enhance your home's strengths and downplay the weaknesses. Rental furnishings are also available from our inventory at a very reasonable cost. We will do as much as possible within your budget.
Vacant Home Staging®
If the home is vacant, we will bring in items from Sorted Affairs' inventory and make it look great. Adding furniture and accessories such as silk plants, artwork and rugs will give the space a warm feel and invite buyers to imagine living in the home. We will also make suggestions for paint color, carpeting, lighting and other affordable improvements that will help sell the home quickly.
Home Staging® for Living
You don't have to wait to put your home on the market to create a new look. We can take the furnishings you have, add some new accessories if you want, and give your home a "houselift". This can take as little as one day and your family will enjoy their new surroundings without the hassle of moving
