This Is How Sorted Affairs Works
  1. We meet with the seller (along with their agent if they prefer).

  2. We get to know our clients and their home by talking as we tour the home to see where we need to Stage.

  3. While we do a second viewing of the property, taking photos and writing notes, the seller is given the opportunity to view our Career Book and videos about staging and view with before and after examples of successful staging.

  4. We prepare an exclusive detailed report and deliver it by email or in person to the seller and agent within 48 hours.

  5. After reviewing the report, we meet again to discuss the most efficient and effective way for the seller to meet their budget and timeline.

  6. We schedule a day that the client will be able to leave while we perform our Staging magic. This will usually take 4-8 hours to complete.

  7. The seller returns home, and we give a tour of the work done
